Loft Conversion, Side Extension & Refurbishment in Greenwich, SE3

This very interesting project included the erection of a new first floor side extension forming two new bedrooms and the construction of a large new loft room with extensive storage above the whole extended house. We replaced the existing windows and fitted new ones to match.

Within the existing house, we reconfigured two existing first floor bedrooms to form a new enlarged master bedroom with en-suite shower room and to provide a corridor to the new bedrooms. An existing chimney breast was removed to enlarge the master bedroom further. The existing family bathroom was refurbished. We built new cupboards, shelving and storage units in the loft, the en-suite shower room, the sitting room and off the first floor corridor.

At ground floor level, we refurbished most of the rooms, apart from the kitchen. The existing timber floors to the master bedroom and much of the ground floor were sanded and re-finished.

Externally, we carried out repairs to the house render and landscaped the back garden.
