Our work at this home included the construction of a new rear and side extension to form an extended kitchen/dining room and a new WC / shower room. Within the existing house, we refurbished the front lounge as a movie room and replaced the old radiators with new cast-iron style ones throughout the house. Full-width bi-fold doors were fitted overlooking the garden.
We installed a new Howdens kitchen and appliances. We laid a new herringbone timber floor throughout most of the extended ground floor and installed three separate built-in wardrobes and cupboard/shelf units.
Externally, we built a new raised deck leading out to the back garden.
