This interesting project involved the reconstruction of an existing ground floor rear extension of open it up completely into the original Corbett Estate house and form a new kitchen/dining space. To do so, we installed the usual major steel structure to support the back wall of the house. New Velux windows and bi-fold doors were fitted to flood the space with light. We also created a new utility room and a new WC. The very attractive kitchen was fitted using carcasses and doors / decorative panels from different suppliers, with quartz worktops. We laid new engineered timber flooring internally and a stunning new Victorian style tiled front path.
The new loft includes large French doors inside a lovely metal balustrade. The new shower room includes some nice personal touches emphasising our customer’s characteristics.
